Join our Autism-Friendly Gymnastics Class, where we provide a supportive, sensory-friendly environment with structured routines and individualized attention. Our experienced instructors use positive reinforcement and tailored activities to build confidence and motor skills while fostering social interactions. With a focus on fun and safety, each child can enjoy gymnastics at their own pace and feel celebrated for their progress.
Parent participation class. Ages 16mos - 2 yrs
Exploration class focused on building physical and social-emotional developmental skills through age-appropriate guided group games and play.
3-4 years old, Boys & Girls
Introductory class focused on laying the foundations of gymnastics through strength, balance, and coordination development. Students practice age-appropriate social skills like taking turns and working with others. Students also build body awareness through learning to jump, balance, swing, roll, and invert safely.
4-5 years old. Boys & Girls
Beginner class focused on developing technique, strength, and foundational class skills. Through the use of group instruction and guided stations students will develop strength, body awareness, and gymnastics skill development on floor exercise, uneven bars, and balance beam.
Girls 4-6 years old. Invite only. (pre-req. Frogs) Intermediate class preparing students for competitive gymnastics. This class focuses on the continued development of technique, strength, and gymnastics skills. Students are expected to display proficiency in body awareness, strength, following directions, and independent work skills.
Boys 4-5 years old
Beginner class focused on developing technique, strength, and foundational class skills. Through the use of group instruction and guided stations students will develop strength, body awareness, and gymnastics skill development on floor exercise, rings, pommel horse, and parallel bars.
Boys 4-7 years old. Invite only (pre-rec. Swordfish or Sharks1)
Pre-competitive team class focused on the continued development of technique, strength, and gymnastics skill. Students are expected to display proficiency in body awareness, strength, following directions, and independent work skills. Students who successfully complete this class will have the chance to enter into the competitive NEOBGL gymnastics league.
Girls, 5-7 years old. Invite only (pre-req Goldfish)
Pre-team advanced class preparing students for competitive gymnastics. This class focuses on developing mastery of technique, strength, and gymnastics skill. Students are expected to display mastery of body awareness, strength, following directions, and independent work skills.
Boys. 6-11 years old. Level 1-2
Developmental class focused on introducing basic skills on all boys events and developing them into more complex skills. Athletes will begin with rolls, handstands, and round-offs, then build up to back handsprings and eventually back tucks. Upon completion of level 2 boys will have the opportunity to try out for our boys competitive team.
Girls. 11-18 years old.
Specially designed class for older athletes. Abilities range from beginner to advanced. Beginners who have no previous gymnastics experience can learn and master the basics of gymnastics. More advanced athletes can maintain their skills without the time commitment of competitive programming. This class is also beneficial to athletes who want to develop their strength and flexibility in an off-season of another sports.
Girls. 6-11 years old. Levels 1-4
Stepping Stones Level 1:
Introductory class focused on foundational gymnastics skills. Through coach-guided and independent work stations athletes will develop body control, technique, strength, and flexibility. Athletes will master rolling, inverting, balancing, swinging, and jumping before moving on to level 2.
Stepping Stones Level 2: Pre-req. completion of level 1 and coach recommendation
Intermediate class focused on developing gymnastics skills. Through coach-guided and independent work stations athletes will develop body control, technique, strength, and flexibility. Athletes will begin to add more complex motion to their skills including kicking over from a bridge, rotating around the bar, and inversions on beam.
Stepping Stones Level 3: Pre-req. completion of level 2 and coach recommendation
Advanced class focused on complex gymnastics skills. Through coach-guided and independent work stations athletes will develop body control, technique, strength, and flexibility. Athletes will master previously taught skills and begin more complex movements on vault, bars, beam, and floor. With the completion of this level, athletes have the opportunity to try out for competitive Xcel team programming.
Stepping Stones Level 4: Pre-req. level 3 and coach recommendation
Our most advanced recreational class focused on complex gymnastics skills. Through coach-guided and independent work stations athletes will develop body control, technique, strength, and flexibility. Athletes will master previously taught skills and begin more complex movements on vault, bars, beam, and floor. With the completion of this level, athletes have the opportunity to try out for competitive Xcel team programming.
7-18 years old. Boys & Girls
Beginner and intermediate level class focused on developing basic tumbling skills including cartwheels, handstands, and bridges. Once students master the basics they will move to more complex skills including walkovers, round-offs, and handsprings. When students have mastered all skills in this class their coach will recommend them for advanced tumbling.
Ages 7-18 years old. Boys & Girls
Our most advanced tumbling class focused on complex tumbling skills. Athletes will fine-tune their basic and intermediate tumbling skills as well as begin connecting skills to master tumbling passes including tucks, layouts, and twisting.
